This majestic house was lifted and a new basement floor was created. Upstairs floor plans were reconfigured and a master suite was created with custom cabinets and all bathrooms were remodeled. All house systems and surfaces were updated including roofing, drainage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and flooring.

The basement level added 1000 sq. ft. to the house as well as a new outdoor seating area, an expansive room that serves as a tv room, guest bedroom and study. Also added on the basement level were an extra bathroom, laundry room, entry room.
