Wine Cellar addition with rebuilt facade and entry stairs

Instead of just earthquake retrofitting and repairing the leaking front stone stairs, a wine cellar was masterfully tucked away under new stairs. The front stairs, completely rebuilt, are now earthquake safe, leak-proof and the cellar is complete with temperature controls, custom furniture and wine racks. Fine masonry work and blacksmithing make this a perfect small addition.
